325 g chicken fillet
Salt and pepper
2 spoon with butter
2 spoon with oil
Fried squash and paprika:
1/2 squash in coarse pieces
1 paprika in coarse pieces
1/2 onion in coarse pieces
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon paprika powder
thyme, rosemary and oregano
1/2 onion in very small pieces
1 clove garlic
1/2 lemon squeezed. Use the juice.
2 spoons of capers
1 dl chicken broth
salt and pepper
Have some oil in an ovenproof dish and pour some parsley and salt on it. Turn the oven on 175 degrees celcius and have the potatoes in the oven.
Cut the vegetables (paprika, onion, garlic and squash) and fry it in a pan. Do not use much heat. Add paprika powder, thyme, rosemary and oregano.
Put the chicken in a bowl with wheat flour. Fry the chicken in a pan with butter and oil. Take the chicken out and have it in the oven. Do not through away the butter and oil that you used for frying the chicken since you are going to use this for the capers sauce. Add onion, garlic and lemon juice, chicken broth, capers to it to make the capers sauce. Use some salt and pepper as well.
Have the chicken in the oven together with the vegetables for 5-10 minutes.
Take the chicken out of the oven and put the capers sauce on the top of the chicken. I believe this meal tastes amazing together with some wine.
It is perfect to make a dinner like this together with your love. Johan and I think it is incredibly fun and romantic to cook together and experience new tastes.
Conclusion: Wow! This was an amazing dinner and I was stunned by the taste. I could never that the result would turn out that well. You must try this one! Ask me if there is anything that is unclear.
