A perfect way of kicking off the day

Good morning gorgeous! It’s finally Friday woohoo 🙂

I hope that your week has been wonderful. Mine contained ups and downs, but today it is very up I must say hehe. However, the ones who follow me know that I have started working out from home 4 times a week. The day  begins at 6am every time and we worked out about 45 minutes every time. I have taken some pictures of the exercise that me and Johan did today, but we didn’t have the time to take picture of everyone because Johan had barely time before he needed to make himself ready for work.

Johan thinks that it was hard to wake up today, but he completed the exercise very well. 6am is criminal early but after work it is even harder to work out because we are tired and find always to many excuses to do not exercise. I get a lot of energy by morning workout and I definitely recommend an early exercise  🙂

    I too go to gym everyday,it is a relishing thing where you can keep track of your mind and body?

    Great job! Way to start your day.
    I work nights so I sleep during the day then as soon as I wake up I do yoga, hop on the treadmill then I get ready for work. I’m always pressed for time but we have to find time for exercise, don’t we?

    a great daily routine. be careful of your back though in one of those standing arm exercises. perhaps bend your knees slightly 🙂 i’m no expert, though.
