Living together with an economist makes it obligatory to think about costs haha and we have made our own budget off course. We have found ways to save money and it is incredible how much you can save by thinking about what you are spending your money on. Today’s tips goes to the ones who like to exercise. I am one of those and I used to go to the gym some more expensive than others off course.
I was quite satisfied with my memberships but we had one particular problem and it was that we did not go regularly which made us supporting the gym economically whilst we did not get maximum out of the deal. This could be because of bad weather or just laziness after coming home from work or wanting to sleep a bit extra in the morning. We came up with the idea of just buying ourselves some weights and exercise at home instead and it has actually worked out amazing. There are so many exercises that you can do at home with some weights. Did you know that you can exercise your triceps by using your sofa? You will find many good ways to exercise at home if you search for it online. However, it must be added that this only works if you have discipline. Additionally, I don’t like to exercise outside and this program is for the ones who like to exercise inside without facing cold weather and so on.
We are saving a lot of time in the morning by not having to go to the gym and the best of it all is that we save around $500 a year. This is money that you can move to other posts in your budget or just save.
