Peal potatoes and put the oven on 200 degrees celcius. Add salt, pepper and oil and tarragon. Cut the parsley, celeriac, carrot and put it in a ovenproof dish and add oil, salt, pepper and tarragon. Use a pan with some oil, 4 cloves of garlic, shallot and let it fry on low heat. Add creme fraiche, a little bit of milk and bouillon after a couple of minutes. This will give you a sauce that you are going to use on the vegetables. Mix the vegetables and the sauce together and put the chicken on the top. Add some lemon juice on the top of the chicken right away. Then it is ready to go in the oven where it will bake for 45 minutes.

Then the dish is ready to be served.

The chicken was bought at the supermarket already spiced up. If you want to do this yourself just add spices to it.

This recipe was made yesterday though and today we have eaten tacos.

    What is estragon? A spice?

Estragon is a spice of herbs 🙂 I made a mistake in the text by using the Norwegian word. Estragon which means tarragon 🙂
