Stats Ups & Downs

November 5, 2016

I remember the very first day when I started my blog on WordPress. I was so exited about my new blog and I had so much time to use on blogging every day. I was also very nervous to move from my old platform to a new platform that I didn’t know anything about. On the other hand, it was a new adventure and the adrenalin was really high hehe. I have always been a curious person who love to try new things and I believe I will be learning until my last day on this earth.

I must say that I could never imagine to get a so huge audience in a so short time and therefor I want thank you all for your loyalty and support. I knew it was not normal to grow that fast and I didn’t understand  what I was doing special. To tell the truth I was only being myself, but if there is one thing that I know is essential it is to get a big audience, “use a lot of time to visit new bloggers”. I had a lot of time since I was just working 2-3 days a week and the other days I was free and I could write and read others blog a lot. You can see on the picture below how things have been from May to November.

Things have really changed from October. I must admit that I was not so motivated to blog at all, I didn’t have a camera for shooting pictures and using my mobile was not so fun. I was trying to do the best out of the situation but it deeply harmed my motivation. However, for not so long time ago my father in law was visiting us and he brought his camera so that I could shoot pictures again. It was so nice to finally have a camera again and my motivation just jumped up haha.

As you can see on the picture below my stats are very unstable haha. As I wrote before, I can’t deliver fantastic topics every day and I’m ok with that! The most important thing for me is to make someone’s day, if I can make one person happy with my topics then it’s  worth doing. I used to have around 500-900 readers every day, the reason for that was that I had a lot of time, but after I started to attend a course then I suddenly had not as much  time as before. Anyway, I want to thank you so much for being a part of my journey as a blogger. I appreciate every one of you, and I want to say sorry for that I can’t visit your blog as often as I did before.

Blogging is not paying my bills yet which force me to take it as a hobby and consequently I have to spend time on my course/job and thereby spending less hours on blogging. I have much more time for blogging during the weekends and therefor I can spend more on reading my followers blogs, answer comments and hopefully find good topics to reblog.

Thank you for stopping by! ♥

My stats are up and down too, I guess that’s part of blogging. They’re quite low at the minute! Keep going, I do enjoy your posts. 😊

Well said, Roberta. For those of us who have full time careers, we do all that we can on blogging, both writing and reading, as it is a love and a passion. Keep blogging, and I will, too.

Ups and downs happen all the time. Sometimes certain posts are less interesting than others, but most of the time it’s people not having as much time to read blogs every day (overtime, stuck in traffic, busy day, etc).
