Fajitas time! Well, I was supposed to write the recipe yesterday but Johan is sick and that is why we had a quite evening and did not want to spend time on blogging. He is still sick but I made the cooking by myself today. We are used to eating a lot a tacos which we like very well but this time we wanted to try fajitas in a different way. OMG, what an extraordinary taste.

300 gram of beef

1 spoon of olive oil

2 tea spoons of spice

1 lime

sour cream

Pico de Gallo:

2 tomatoes

1/2 red onion

1 chili

2 spoons of finely chopped coriander

1 lime

Salt and pepper

1 tomato

2 avocados

1/2 onion

1 spoon of jalapeños

1 hand of coriander

1/2 lime

1 onion

1 red paprika

2 spoons of olive oil

1/2 tea spoon of oregano

salt and pepper

Cut the beef in small pieces and fry it in a pan. Add spice to the beef and fry it until it is well done.

Prepare the rajas, the guacamole and the pico de gallo while the beef is frying. After it is done add the lime to the beef.

You add the ingredients to the tortilla like you see on the picture below.

It was delicious and perfect as dinner if you are hungry and want food fast 🙂

See ya!
