Nachos & guacamole

November 27, 2016

Hi guys!

This is Johan writing on Roberta’s blog today.

Since I had such a bad luck to infect Roberta with the flu I decided to be nice to her and make the Saturday dinner all by myself and also share it with her readers on the blog. Nachos is something that Roberta likes very much and therefor I wanted to prepare that for her since she is sick.

These are the ingredients I used for making the nachos.

1/2 onion

2 chilis

2 tomatoes

1 pack of nachos chips

4 chicken breasts

Preparing nachos is very easy and it doesn’t require a lot of skills. It is also a meal that you are able to make when you are in a hurry. Add a layer of nachos in the bottom of a ovenproof dish. Add tomatoes, onion, chili, chicken and cheese. Add another layer of nachos and repeat the sequence of adding tomatoes, onion, chili and chicken. At the end add some extra cheese on the top of everything. Put the ovenproof dish in the oven. It should stay in the oven for 10 minutes or so till the cheese is melted.

We like to prepare the guacamole ourselves and this is the ingredients I used.

2 avocados

1 shallot onion

1 chili

1/2 lime

Smash the avocados and add the shallot, chili and the the juice of the lime. After you are done add some salt according to how you like the taste of the guacamole.

Don’t be shy, put the juice of a whole lime in rather than a half. You won’t regret it!
