I have been inspired by a text that was given to me by a friend who got it from Linda Norskog. This text has helped me to develop and forgive myself for the things that I have done in the past and that is why I wanted to share it with you. Whenever I feel that I am in a negative spiral I reed it every morning and night and it actually influence your brain to think positive thoughts.
You are able to forgive yourself completely. You can be able to let it go of the feeling of guilt and bad consciousness for the things that you feel that you have done wrong. Whether the mistakes are real or only fantasies it is possible to let go of the feelings that bothers you. You could notice that it is easy to let it go of the feeling of guilt if you focus on it. It is possible to find peace and let go of the feeling of guilt and bad consciousness because every human being makes mistakes. It is a good thing to let it go of unfinished things. It is well for your body and soul to heal old things and it is good for you to move on in life.
Every human makes mistakes and what happened in the past is a part of the history. You cannot change the history but you can change the way you look at the history. Since you are becoming more and more present in yourself and becoming more in contact with yourself you will become more capable of taking care of yourself and live a good life. The fact that you are able to feel guilt and have bad consciousness tells you that you are human. It tells you that you are a person that cares if not you would not have cared about it. It is about time that you become nicer to yourself, and that you forgive and accept what has been.
The guilt that you have felt has been a way of punishing yourself for the bad feelings that you have been having. There is always a limit for punishment and every careful person is able to forgive and move on even though it hurts. There is no need for punishing yourself more now, neither via strict thoughts, bad feelings or tensions in your body. You are doing your best in life and that is good enough. You will find an easy way to let go of all guilt, shame and bad consciousness, which will transform into relief, forgiveness and a peaceful feeling. The unpleasant can disappear via the out breath to nothing – nothing – nothing, and it is perfectly acceptable to let go of these old feelings right now.
