Good evening from Norway!
In Norway it is summer and I’m desperate to obtain the summer body but why do I always start so late. Therefor I have really get started with my low carb dinner rutines. I would never imagine that healthy dinner the whole week could taste that good. Before I always thought that eating healthy was supposed to be boring, but I was completely wrong. I have never had that tasty dinners ever before and it gives me a lot of energy and I love it. I will therefor challenge you to do the same, no need to worry because your weekend food is not in danger since you only have to eat this during the weekdays if you take the challenge. You should enjoy your weekends and reward yourself.
I did some research on what kind of vegetables that contains most vitamins and I combined that with chicken since we had salmon yesterday. We discovered that peas, corn and broccoli contains many of the nutrients we need. Therefor I served my boyfriend chicken with corn, broccoli, peas and chickpeas today.
This is how I did it:
1 Prepare some garlic and put it in a casserole with cooking oil.
2 Cut the chicken in the size you want and add some spices.
3 Add the vegetables with the chicken and let it boil in 5 minutes.
